General provisions
We are very happy that you visited Aurora Apartment, we wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay!
Please read our house rules carefully, which contain the most important information regarding the use of Aurora Apartment.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time: 15.00-19.00.
Please call half an hour before arrival to announce your arrival!
Check-out time: 08:30 - 10:00.
Late check-in after 19.00, or after 19.00 in the off-season, 2,500, -ft/hour.
Late check-out is possible strictly by prior arrangement and will be charged 5,000, -ft/hour for each started hour.
Due to our legal obligation, please do not forget to bring your valid ID card, driver's license or passport with you, otherwise you will not be able to occupy the accommodation!
We can only accommodate healthy guests in the apartment!
There is no permanent reception in the apartment!
Upon special request, we welcome our guests personally upon check-in and check-out.
If you do not request a personal welcome, we will always provide you with a PIN code valid for the given booking period, with which you can enter your accommodation independently. After entering, you must contact the operator by phone and be available to record the mandatory data.

We kindly ask you to pay the price of your stay at the latest before your final departure from the accommodation! In the event of departure without payment, the accommodation operator will enforce its claim through legal means in addition to filing a police report, the costs of which will be charged to the guest.
Visitors
Only guests registered in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
The guest is responsible for the behavior of his/her visitors, including any damage caused. The accommodation operator does not assume responsibility for any damage caused by the visitor to the guest and/or third parties.
An extra fee will be charged for guests exceeding the number of guests listed in the reservation. Please inquire with the operators about the possibilities of this.
Guests under 18 years old
Children under the age of 14 may only stay in the apartment, garden and common parking area under the constant supervision of their parents or another person with legal capacity appointed by them. The child’s companions are responsible for the child’s safety and for any damage caused by them.
Guests under the age of 14 may use the services of Aurora Apartment only when accompanied by their parents or another person with legal capacity appointed by them.
No person under the age of 18 may consume alcohol in the apartment area. The parent or the person with legal capacity appointed by them must ensure compliance with/enforcement of this obligation. The parent or the person with legal capacity appointed by them is fully responsible for the legal, moral and financial consequences of violating this obligation.
Guests over the age of 18 may participate in events related to wine culture at the apartment.
For guests arriving with small children/infants, the operator provides a baby bathtub, toilet seat, and a small table upon request.
Wi-Fi and TV
The accommodation has a Wi-Fi system, the use of which is free of charge.
The guest will receive the Wi-Fi connection password from the staff upon check-in at the accommodation. The Wi-Fi password can also be found at the accommodation.
The accommodation operator does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of Wi-Fi.
The accommodation operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damage to the guest's device or its content during or as a result of using Wi-Fi. The guest uses the service at his own risk and responsibility.
There is a TV on the property, on which the Netflix steaming service provided by the smart TV or the operator can be used.
Please note that the fee for other services ordered on the TV must be reimbursed to the operator, unless the guest makes it through his own account and pays for it to the given service provider.
Since the given services require Wi-Fi, the operator cannot guarantee its continuous operation and availability in this case either.
If the guest uses paid content, the cost will be charged by the operator and must be reimbursed upon check-out.
We aim to enhance the experience of peaceful relaxation, closer social relationships, and a break from everyday life.
Security
In case of fire, the guest is obliged to immediately alert the operator and the fire department. and when using the barbecue area, extinguish the fire with water.
The telephone numbers of the Fire Department, the Police and the Fire Brigade are posted in the apartment.
Things that cannot be brought into the accommodation area
The accommodation operator prohibits the entry of the following items into the accommodation:
things classified as corrosive, flammable chemicals or substances in the applicable legislation,
materials classified as flammable and/or explosive in the applicable legislation,
particularly expensive, valuable items, museum items,
fireworks, firecrackers, their parts and components,
hazardous waste, items harmful to the environment or health,
mind-altering substances.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the indoor and closed areas of the accommodation!
Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the communal areas and in the entire open area of the accommodation – except for the designated smoking area. Please pay special attention to extinguishing cigarettes correctly!
The accommodation operators are entitled to warn guests and any other person staying in the accommodation area to comply with this regulation and to stop smoking or using electronic cigarettes.
The guest or any person staying in the accommodation area is obliged to comply with the regulation and to comply with any notice. If the competent authority imposes a fine on the accommodation operator based on the relevant legislation due to the illegal behavior of any guest or other person staying in the accommodation area, the accommodation operator is entitled to transfer the amount of the fine to the person who committed the illegal behavior and to demand its payment from him.
Daily cleaning
Daily cleaning is not available at the accommodation.
If our Guests stay for more than a week, the apartment will be cleaned weekly by the operator or his representative, including changing bed linen and towels. The operator will agree on the date and duration of this with the Guests.
Washing, ironing
There is no laundry service available at the property. You can use this service at the city laundry. If you would like to use this service, please contact the operator.
The operator provides an iron and ironing board.
Parking
Our guests can park for free in the parking lot belonging to the apartment, but shared with the neighbor.
The parking lot can accommodate 2 cars, and if they are parked together, they can be approached from the parking lot by reversing to the public road. In doing so, please pay special attention to the curves of the access road - if necessary, seek the help of a person directing the car.
The guest is directly liable for any damage caused to the other parked car.
If the neighbor obstructs the Guest's movement, the guest must notify the operator, who will contact the person and arrange for the road/parking space to be free. Likewise, the Guest is obliged to free the entrance and/or the neighbor's parking lot at the request of the Operator.
Parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, on Csongor Street, in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Act, parallel to the road.
The nearest parking lot (free) is located at Panoráma utca, crossing Csongor utca, 150 meters from the apartment.
Pets/Wild Animals
The apartment area is not fenced, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate your pets.
Guest's illness or death
If the guest becomes ill during the period of using the accommodation service and is unable to act in his own best interests, the operator will request medical assistance upon notification by telephone. The guest uses the offered medical assistance at his own responsibility and risk. The doctor is not an employee, agent, or collaborator of the accommodation operator, and the accommodation operator does not assume responsibility for the diagnosis, the applied therapy, or its consequences. In the event of the guest’s illness/death, the accommodation operator claims reimbursement of its costs from the patient/deceased’s relative, heir, or bill payer; in terms of possible medical and procedural costs, the value of services used prior to death, and any damage to equipment and furnishings in connection with the illness/death.
In the event of a guest having an infectious disease, the accommodation operator is entitled to terminate the contract with the accommodation facility with immediate effect without refund or compensation. In this case, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation facility together with their luggage at their own expense within the period specified in the accommodation facility’s notice of termination. In the event of an infectious disease, the accommodation facility is obliged to act in accordance with Regulation 18/1998. (VI. 3.) NM. (This regulation prescribes what to do in the event of an infectious disease. According to the regulation, if such a suspicion exists, the accommodation operator shall call a doctor, who shall determine whether the guest is infectious or not.).
Prohibited conduct
The accommodation is located in a prominent wine region. The experience of wine culture may result in the guest(s) being louder than usual, with wider gestures and different reactions than usual in other places.
The accommodation is located in one half of a two-apartment semi-detached house, as a result of which guests may occasionally meet the other owner and his/her guests in the shared area (entrance, shared parking lot). They may also encounter people staying on the 3 neighboring plots.
In order to ensure the peace of the above neighbors and other guests, after 10:00 PM, loud noise, music, activities involving noise, noise, sound effects, listening to music at a disturbing volume in the room, radio, etc. are prohibited in the accommodation area, regardless of the time; constitutes or may constitute harassment, is capable of intimidating others.
The accommodation operators are entitled to warn the disruptive and/or loud guest. The first warning is free of charge, for the second and third warnings the accommodation will debit the current on-site account of the warned guest with HUF 5,000 each. After the third warning, the accommodation is entitled to terminate the contract unilaterally with immediate effect and to expel the guest immediately without the accommodation being obliged to pay any refund and/or compensation.
The accommodation operator excludes liability for any harm caused by the guest's behavior to other guests or neighboring residents.
Cryptocurrency mining and charging of electric cars are not permitted at the accommodation.
Found objects
Found items can be handed over to the operator, where they will be registered. Food, food-related items, and medicines will be destroyed by the accommodation. Items that can be stored will be kept by the accommodation operator for a maximum of 3 months. If the rightful owner of the found item comes forward, they can take possession of the item upon presentation of a document proving their identity and signature, and upon reimbursement of the costs incurred during storage.
Liability for damages
The accommodation is exempt from the obligation to compensate for damage to the guest's property if it proves that the damage occurred due to an unavoidable cause beyond the control of the guests and the operators, or that the damage was caused by the guest himself.
The guest uses or makes use of the accommodation's equipment and other services as intended, with awareness and knowledge of his own health, physical and mental condition, therefore the accommodation operator does not assume liability for damage resulting from use or use that is not intended or that is not in accordance with the guest's actual health, physical and mental condition.
Data protection
The accommodation operator shall provide information about the guest’s current, past or future stay at the accommodation to third parties, including the guest’s close relatives, only with the prior written permission of the guest. This prohibition on providing information does not apply to requests based on the law.
The guest acknowledges that the accommodation operator is obliged by law to provide the requesting authority with the personal data requested by the guest in the request, if the legal conditions for this are met. The accommodation operator may not object to the provision of data based on the law, an official or court decision.

Booking process

Contacting
You can contact the host by sending an email or by filling out the contact form, who will respond to your inquiry by email.

Deposit and reservation
If the host has confirmed that the accommodation is available for booking at the given time, you can finalize your reservation by paying in advance.

Payment and arrival
You can pay the accommodation fee on the day of your arrival, or any time before. After the mandatory administration, you can occupy your accommodation!
